Privacy policy

Effective November 5, 2026

This policy tells what data Larkfield keeps and how we use it. Attractions use Larkfield to sell tickets, memberships and donations. For your order, the attraction and Larkfield both use your data.

What we collect

  • Visitors: name, email, mobile number if you give it, what you buy, visit dates, and your ticket scans at the gate.
  • Payments: Stripe processes your card. We get only a card type, the last 4 digits and the payment result.
  • Staff: name, work email, password (stored as a secure hash, never as text), role and sign-in history.
  • Technical data: the device and browser type and the IP address, to keep accounts safe.

How we use it

  • To complete your order, send your tickets and receipts, and check tickets at the gate.
  • To let the attraction see its own orders, visitors and reports.
  • To keep the service safe, find problems and fix them.

Mobile numbers and texts

  • We use your mobile number only to send the ticket text that you asked for.
  • We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or text opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotions.
  • Our text provider (Twilio) gets your number only to deliver the text.
  • Reply STOP to stop texts. We keep a record of your STOP so that we send no more texts.

Who gets data

  • The attraction that you buy from.
  • Service providers that work for us: Stripe (payments), Postmark (email), Twilio (texts), Vercel (hosting) and Supabase (database). They may use the data only to do that work.
  • Others only when the law requires it.

We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep order and payment records as long as the attraction needs them and as long as tax and accounting law requires. We delete or anonymize other data when it is no longer needed.

Your choices

  • Ask the attraction or us to see, correct or delete your data. Email hello@larkfield.app.
  • Stop texts with STOP. Emails about your order are part of the order.

Security

We encrypt data in transit. Each attraction sees only its own data. Staff sign in with a password and an email code.

Children

The service is not for children under 13 to use on their own. An adult buys tickets for them.
