These terms apply when you use Larkfield: the staff app for attractions, and the visitor pages where people buy tickets, memberships and donations. “We” means Larkfield. “Attraction” means a business that uses Larkfield to sell to its visitors.

1. Who sells to you

When you buy from an attraction, the attraction is the seller. The attraction sets its prices, its refund rules and the rules for its visits. We supply the software and process the payment for the attraction. Ask the attraction about your visit, your tickets or a refund.

2. Payments

Card payments go through Stripe to the attraction’s own Stripe account. We do not keep your full card number. The price you see at checkout includes any fee that the attraction adds.

3. Ticket texts

  • At checkout you can ask for a text with a link to your tickets. This is your choice. You can buy tickets without it.
  • We send one text for each order. We do not send marketing or offers by text.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for late or lost messages.
  • Reply HELP for help, or email hello@larkfield.app.
  • Reply STOP to stop all texts from us. Reply START to get them again.

4. Emails

We send emails that are part of your order, such as your tickets and receipts. Attraction staff get sign-in codes and account emails.

5. Staff accounts

Attraction staff must keep their password and sign-in codes secret. The attraction is responsible for what its staff do in the app. The attraction’s agreement with us sets its fees and other terms.

6. Fair use

Do not misuse the service. For example, do not try to get into accounts or data that are not yours, and do not resell tickets against an attraction’s rules.

7. Limits

We work to keep the service available and correct, but we supply it “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights that you have by law.

8. Changes and law

We may change these terms. We show the new date at the top of this page. The laws of the State of Florida, USA, apply.
